We have an extra room that we would like to fill to save a little more money every month. The apartment is 2 floors 1800 sq/f with a porch on both levels. We only pay cable/internet and electricity which right now is an extra $60 when split between the 3 of us. Heat and water is paid by landlord. We have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Parking is on street where spots are available. There are 1.5 baths that we share. Currently we have 2 guys and 1 girl living in the apartment between the ages of 21 and 29, we would like to find a male or female in that age group. We live within walking distance of Wilkes University, so this would be great for a college student. Also all potential roommates MUST like pets (We have a few). About the place, its stellar, retro, art deco feel. 2000 sq foot, living room, rec room and sunroom, which is already pretty much monoplized by me, but there are 2 free bedrooms and a full bath for your comfort. also included a sweet kitchen and dinette area, washer/dryer, side porch and roof top deck. includes heat. split h20, elec and internet bills. no cable tv, i dont watch it enough to pay for it.
