A leader in financial services is opening an operation in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. We are looking for experienced Deductions & AR Analysts and managers to join our team at multiple seniority levels.
If you have a track record of successfully resolving complex deductions from major big-box retailers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
-Research, analyze, and resolve short-payments and deductions from major retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon).
- Navigate and utilize various Retailer A/P Portals to pull backup documentation and dispute claims.
- Identify root causes of supplier process issues to prevent future revenue leakage.
- Collaborate with internal departments to validate and clear outstanding balances.
Required Experience & Skills
- Retailer Knowledge: Deep understanding of the deduction/dispute lifecycle for major national chains.
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern A/R software (e.g., SAP, HighRadius) and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot "why" a deduction occurred and execute the necessary steps for recovery.
