The renovations also include new vinyl plank flooring, new windows, new paint and new electric baseboard heat. The electrical switches, outlets, conduit and breakerbox with 200 amp service are also new as of 2023.
The rent is $900 per month and for this price the landlord pays water, sewer and garbage pickup. The tenant pays electric which includes heat via electric baseboard.
Applicant must submit $80 application fee which will pay for a criminal history check, an eviction check and a credit check.
