I have a complete Carrier ductless heater furnace A/C combo unit with freon still intact, ready to install. I even know a company that will install it for you if needed. It's too fancy for 78 year old mom, so I got her a simpler unit. But it works fine and I took video of it running and a demo of it is on a DVD.
