Works perfect, needs a dusting and the front plastic covering does not stay attached but that doesn't interfere with the power of this giant. When I had it in service, I simply used duct tape to reattach the front plastic covering. Nothing wrong with it otherwise. Where I rent, there are guidelines regarding which windows are acceptable for air conditioners and unfortunately the only and largest window I have for this beast to fit it is against the guidelines.
