Hey, I don't normally do this, But i'm offering help to anybody trying to get in shape. I developed my own system of internal and external training. Internal training is meditation, Energy work (increasing your bio energy field for health, among other things), and developing a positive mindset. External training is calisthenics, cardio drills, reaction training, and Grip training. All so you can be an endurance/cardio beast. I promise you will be able to do things you never thought possible. Let me know.
