Sodexo is seeking an experienced and motived Sous Chef to support culinary and retail operions Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving quality, safety, and operional excellence across pient and retail food services.

Wh You Bring:Proven hands-on culinary production experience
Prior experience leading and developing culinary teams
Strong knowledge of HACCP and healthcare food safety standards
Retail food service experience a plus
Comfortable with POS systems and digital tools
Self-motived, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Strong leadership presence and communicion skills
