Do not use a handyman/construction guy by the name of Drew (Andrew) A. Koons. He takes a down payment upfront (for supplies) and then doesn't show up to do the work. Total hack/scammer who has been apparently doing this to people in the area for some time now. I have received many emails of people that have been scammed by this clown.
