This listing includes a total of four Chainsaws, two hard shell cases, and other accesories/parts. Not all extras may be shown in the photos
The Chainsaws included are as follows:
- McCulloch Mini Mac 35
I started a restore on this one, hence the Kubota Orange paint, and decided to move on to saws of higher priority. This Mac is actually in very condition considering its age, and comes with the carb rebuild kit as shown on the photo
- Fuel line appears to be OK, no cracks or tears
- Carburetor should definitely be torn down and rebuilt
- Gas and oil combo tank leaks (Very common on the top handle saws of this series) There are various fixes you can do to fix this problem
- Engine has excellent compression, definitely does not need a P/C replacement or rebuild
- Includes hardshell case
- McCulloch Eager BEaver 2.1 ci
I originally purchased this saw to swap chain brakes to a PM610, but I didn't realise the lever arm was shorter. I pulled off the recoil starter as it was stuck, and then began the process of patience and realization this one is a bear to work on, being you haven't worked on this particular saw before.
Saw is in excellent condition, and will probably run just fine given you fix the throttle cable and manage to re-assemble without heaving it at the nearest block wall.
Note: If you are lookiing for replacement parts, this Model # is a direct cross reference to the Power Mac 300 Series. These are essentially rebadged Power Macs with the Eager Beaver name.
This one also includes a hardshell case, and extra chain
- Homelite 150 Automatic
Comments: Brief and to the point, this saw runs, but needs a muffler cover, unless you want early onset Tinnitus. This thing is VERY LOUD!
The Top handle is crushed in, so this would be more of a collector shelf item, which I recommend with all "Brakeless" saws.
- Homelite Super EZ:
Comments: Replace the fuel lines, re-tension the starter recoil, and this should fire right up. The older "Textron" Homelites are built to last... forever. Overall, it's in pretty decent shape, although it too like the 150 does not have a chain brake.
If you plan on actually running these Homelites to cut wood, and are not experienced with Chainsaw Kickback or Chainsaw use in General, please read up on how to deal with Kickback should you run into this scenario.
It only takes one up swing of that chain to cause serious damage to yourself, and remember, theres no chain lock to save wherever that chain is headed!
