Engine: New OEM Carburetor, New Engine Oil & Filter, New Engine Air Filter, New Fuel Filter, Spark Plugs Cleaned and Gapped.
Deck: All New Deck Spindles, Blades Sharpened and Balanced, Deck Leveled and Greased.
Drivetrain: Transmission Oil and Filter Changed.
Misc: Front End Greased, New Seat Cover(seat cushion is still in one piece with no rips or tears but is no longer glued to seat frame due to age, seat cover keeps it in place).
I will occasionally run and operate it while it is for sale to prevent any issues from developing due to sitting.
