For sale is a 1947 Case VA/VAI tractor with a wide front end, 540 pto, and an axle mounted horizontal draw bar hitch. Serial number 5160037. Comes with a spare front wheel assembly, parts manual and service manual. Has a four-speed transmission and the original hydraulic pump (not used recently). The model VAI is the "industrial" model because of the wide front end and is relatively rare. The wide front axle makes it more stable than narrow front end VA row crop models. It has the Marvel-Schebler up-draft Carburetor. Runs great. Uses a 12-volt battery, (newly purchased Jan 2024). Come with spare clutch disc, throw out bearing and flywheel (all new). New muffler. The operator's seat is accessed from four different directions making mounting much easier. The square axle housing allows it to be retrofitted with a ROPS.
