My landlord just advised that he will be selling his property in the next couple of weeks leaving me with only 30 days to search for another rental unit. I am a family of 4 including myself, 19 year old, 12 year old and 6 year old. I am fully employed as well as my daughter. I take pride in taking care of my rental unit, looking for a responsive landlord, when a matter in the home needs to be taking care of that it will be handled accordingly. I do not own a dog at the moment, but would love to be able to have one, if approved. A single family is always ideal, however two side by side is okay as long as the neighbors are nice to get along with.
