I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apt and must allow small pets. Looking in the Scranton area ONLY, able to pay no more than $600 to $700 a month with utilities included in the rent.
Need it by the end of March.
I would prefer to pay up the security deposit in monthly payment arrangement.
