Part-Time Property Maintenance Help Needed (La Plume / Dalton)

We are looking for a reliable part-time maintenance person to help care for a private property. This is a flexible position with the ability to set your own hours within reason, as long as the work gets completed in a timely and professional manner.
Job duties may include:
Weeding
Weed whacking
Grass cutting
Painting
Window washing
Gutter cleaning
Light property maintenance
Use of chainsaw for brush, limbs, and cleanup
General outdoor work as needed
Requirements:
Must be dependable and show up when scheduled
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Must be comfortable working outdoors
Must have reliable transportation
Experience with basic tools, lawn equipment, and chainsaw use preferred
Must take pride in doing clean, careful work
This is a part-time position. Hours will vary depending on the season and the work needed. Pay will be based on experience and ability.
