We are seeking a reliable and motivated Community Support Representative to join our growing team. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while working independently.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect when appropriate
Provide general administrative and receptionist support as needed
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
Support team members with sales and community engagement activities
Greet and assist customers via phone or virtual communication channels
Assist with basic staffing support and coordination tasks
Track and maintain supply inventory (remote reporting and coordination)
Requirements:
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities (must-have)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Experience with SAP Business One is a plus (not required)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Professionalism, reliability, and integrity in all interactions
