Seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Grounds & Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the beauty and safety of our historic property.

Responsibilities include:

General property cleaning and upkeep (grounds, porch, walkways, etc.)

Trash and debris pickup around the property

Light landscaping (mowing, trimming, raking, watering plants)

Seasonal duties such as shoveling snow and applying salt as needed

Small handyman projects (light carpentry, basic repairs, painting)

Assisting with event or guesthouse setup when needed

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all seasons

Basic handyman or maintenance skills a plus (but not required)

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Flexible schedule, approximately 10–20 hours per week

Compensation:
$16–$20 per hour, based on experience.
