Dwarf hamster (Exeter)

Two young female dwarf hamsters have been at a local Petco for 6 months and are discounted right now but have been there for several more weeks even after being discounted. I am willing to get them and meet someone who is willing to take one (I can take the other). They are pretty much identical.. black with a tiny bit of white under the chin.
Must be willing to meet me near Exeter, Pa (18643). Also must be an experienced hamster owner with an ethical cage, wheel, etc.
