We provide professional drafting and architectural survey services for residential and commercial properties. We can assist with construction documents, drawings, and detailed plans.
We use the iGUIDE Planix R1 camera system, an advanced measuring device that provides a detailed picture survey. Clients receive access to the completed survey for one year, included in the final price.
Final deliverables include PDF and CAD files. Printed copies larger than 11x17 are available for an additional cost.
Pricing ranges from $1.50 to $3.00 per square foot, depending on the property size, complexity, and accessibility.
If a professional seal is required, we work with multiple licensed architects and engineers who can assist with providing sealed documents.
