Must have experience with:
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC
• Property turnovers and maintenance work
Heavy equipment experience a plus Excavators- skid steers-
Steady work available for the right person. Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation required. Must have own tools. Five years' experience preferred. Competitive pay based on experience.
