General Automotive Technician (B-Level) — Independent Shop
We are seeking an experienced General Automotive Technician (B-Level) to join our team at an established independent repair shop. This is a performance-based position ideal for a technician who takes pride in both speed and quality of work.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience employed as an automotive technician
- Valid Pennsylvania Safety and Emissions Inspection license and driver’s license
- Must have own basic tools
- ASE certification not required, but a plus
- Proficiency using service information systems
- Ability to follow shop processes, policies, and procedures consistently
**Compensation:**
Pay is strongly performance-based and will be determined based on experience. We offer either a flat-rate pay structure or a hybrid plan (base hourly plus commission, or base hourly plus hours turned). Exact structure and rate will be discussed based on the candidate's background and preference.
