Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Proficient operation of heavy equipment, including mini excavators and skid steers
• Expert-level ability to install and finish concrete from start to finish (forming, pouring, finishing, and curing)
• Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate a small crew
• Strict adherence to all safety guidelines, protocols, and best practices at all times
• Hands-on experience in residential or light commercial construction
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality workmanship
