I am looking for New and Unused postage stamps and stamp collections / accumulations complete or not. My target is primarily unused US Stamps but will take all based on the lot. Sheets, plate blocks, part full albums even loose stamps but I am "NOT" looking for real small lots with just a handful of stamps, cigar boxes of random stamps, stamps on paper or pages and pages of hinged worldwide stamps. PLEASE understand that just because a stamp is old does not make it rare or valuable. Will pay cash locally or PayPal anywhere. Send me details as to type, amount of stamps and asking price.
